As Drupa 2012 drew to a close Wednesday, manufacturers and suppliers noted that the quality of customers had increased dramatically—even as the show's overall numbers dropped by 18 percent since 2008. Attendance at the massive graphic arts trade show decreased from 390,000 four years ago to 314,500 this year, with visitors hailing from more than 130 countries.
