Free Print 17 Luncheon: How Automation Can Save You Millions
To support the teachers and the administrative staff of Blue Valley Schools in Overland Park, Kansas, as they strive to provide “Education Beyond Expectation,” the in-plant printing services department has three goals:
- Ensure that teachers’ time is spent teaching, not making copies.
- Provide a tool and a service to gain their trust.
- Centralize print volume.
Supporting these goals has lead to a strategic and long-term focus on automating production, reducing costs and increasing efficiencies. At a complimentary Print 17 lunch session on Tuesday, Sept. 12, the managers of Blue Valley Schools' in-plant will reveal how automated workflows have saved their parent organization more than $1.4 million in the last seven years.
In this free session, sponsored by Rochester Software Associates, managers Jason Gillam and Paul Ackerman will discuss how Web-to-print has increased their in-plant's value and awareness, bringing in more work and improving its efficiency. Register here.
