New Print MIS Helps Rollins College Automate
When Print MIS and Web-to-print systems come up in conversation, it's usually names like EFI, Avanti and Rochester Software Associates that get thrown around. In recent months, the name Aleyant has been popping up more and more, especially after the software services company established a partnerships with Canon Solutions America this year.
Earlier this month, the Wheaton, Ill.-based company made its browser-based stand-alone shop management solution Aleyant PrintJobManager commercially available. It Print MIS is integrated with the Aleyant Pressero Web-to-print ecommerce and variable data solution.
One in-plant that has been having great success with the system is Rollins College Print Services in Winter Park, Fla. By integrating PrintJobManager with Pressero, the in-plant has removed information silos and enhanced operational automation for a more productive and profitable business.

The cloud-based PrintJobManager Print MIS software is reportedly easy to set up and enables production managers to manage their shops from any device. This stand-alone application for estimating, inventory management, shop floor data collection and more is also integrated with Pressero, meaning that product pricing created in Aleyant PrintJobManager can be seamlessly used within Pressero storefronts, eliminating the need to create and maintain separate pricing systems for online stores and in-shop management.
