Published monthly, In-plant Graphics is the only graphic arts magazine written specifically for in-house reproduction departments. It covers technical and business-related topics, focusing on design, prepress, printing (offset and digital), bindery and mailing. Articles cover successful in-plants, management issues, industry news and the latest graphic arts products. Subscriptions are available free to individuals who meet pre-established demographic criteria.

1. How do I change my address on a free subscription?

Please fax a copy of your current mailing label to 215-238-5217, e-mail us at magazinecs@napco.com or call our customer service department. Please be sure to provide us both your new and old address and a method to reach you in case we have a question.

2. How do I change the name on a free subscription?

Due to audit regulations we can change your name but can not transfer a subsciption from one individual to another at the same company.

To cancel the old subscription you can fax a copy of a current mailing label to 215-238-5217. You can also e-mail us at magazinecs@napco.com or call our customer service department from 8:30 to 5:00 ET. Please be sure to provide us with the magazine name, your name and complete mailing address and a method to reach you so we can confirm your cancellation. 

3. How do I renew my subscription?

In order to renew your free subscription you will need to complete a renewal qualification form found at http://sub.inplantgraphics.com/IGrenew?pk=web912

4. How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your free subscription at any time by either faxing a copy of your mailing label to 215-238-5217, via e-mail at magazinecs@napco.com or by calling our customer service department from 8:30 to 5:00 ET. If you do not have a magazine label please be sure to provide us with the magazine name, your name and complete mailing address and a method to reach you so we can confirm your cancellation.

While we make every attempt to remove you from our list as quickly as possible you may receive one to two additional issues from us. If you continue to receive issues past this time frame please contact our customer service department.


5. How long will it take to get my first issue?

North American Publishing Company offers free subscriptions to individuals who meet specific pre-established demographic criteria which has been set for each of our titles. Individuals who satisfy this criteria are added as non-renewing subscribers are removed. While it typically takes 6-8 weeks to receive the first issue, it may take several months on some titles due to high demand.

6. How come I can get this magazine for free?

We are able to offer complimentary subscriptions to select individuals because our costs are offset by the advertising revenue generated by each title.


7. How do I get a replacement copy?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide replacement copies on a complimentary basis. Replacements can be purchased while supplies last by contacting our back issue department from 8:30 - 5:00 ET at 215-238-5361 or kkling@napco.com.

9. Why do I have to fill out a form every year?

Subscribers who receive our publications for free are required to fill out a request form every year so that North American Publishing Company can comply with U.S. postal service regulations and to provide our editors with updated demographic information which helps them keep editorial content relevant.


10. I didn't request this, why am I getting it?

From time to time, we purchase mailing lists of people who meet the pre-established criteria for each of our magazines and send out sample copies. If you do not wish to continue to receive these free sample copies, please contact our customer service at 800-818-8174 (outside the US, call 215-238-5338) or e-mail magazinecs@napco.com.
