In his IPMA session, Washington State Printer Jean-Luc Devis noted that few organizations understand how much they are paying for printing. Instituting a managed print program, like the one run by the Department of Printing, will let an in-plant demonstrate how much is being spent by looking at all the printing devices in the organization.
