How Web to Print Saved a K-12 In-Plant

The Print shop in the Sheboygan Area School District was drowning in paper requisitions and a manual print request process that caused daily re-work. The school district was facing a deficit and asked each department for recommendations for how they could operate with less. Ryan Glaeser, the Supervisor of Printing and Graphic Services proposed a money-saving makeover that included Web to print.

Glaeser knew the district needed an easy-to-use Web to print solution that would support all print vendors, eliminate hard copy orders, and automate production to reduce touches and time-consuming accounting and chargeback reporting.
